New in Lund? Let us guide you!

Helsingkrona nation welcomes you as a newly admitted to Lund University and Community in Student Lund!

You have chosen the right, to study in Lund is a great time! However, initially it feels a little scary, not only do you try on something new in life, you may have even moved from his "safe zone" from family and friends and just feel more lost than ever!

There is so much that you should take hold of:
Where do you live?
What should you do when you do not sit with your nose in the books?
Where to party?
When you get money?
How do you catch parry everything?
Take it easy! We are here for your sake that your study will be the best! So do not be afraid to ask us if you have any questions!

What is a Nation?
The nation is a nonprofit organization that is for students' welfare and run by students who are studying at the university. A social meeting place simply! The nation's purpose is to provide expectant Lunda students a place to feel at home and have fun outside of school. Student Nations was originally groups of students from the same area in the country, and is therefore named after their region or city. Today you can choose to be part of the nation you want, regardless of where you come from. Nations runs a broad range of activities including clubs, pubs, cafes, parties, balls and a plethora of different cultural, recreational and leisure activities. Maybe you choose to work at any of our Slabb and get involved in the nations activities?

Another issue is of course no doubt: What is the Student Lund!
It is a membership that gives you access to the entire student's! Eg you will have access to affordable housing, the opportunity to go on incredibly beautiful clubs, eat good and cheap food with other nice students and much much more! Read more at studenlund.se

Of course you should become a member here, then it is the content of the membership that allows students from all over the world flock to Lund! And have you received your admission, you can now register at the student's grove to the beginning of the term benefit from all that Lunda Student! You tie yourself to no nation through your registration at the Student Lund, but can calmly select this when you get here at the beginning of the semester.

As you probably notice is of course of study not only an opportunity to gain a place in academia. It's sooo much more, all the social side, the new public relations, everything you do outside of school with the friends you find. All of this happens out on the various nations where you are obviously going to hang on and be with the Community! Who knows, maybe you'll find your future bridesmaid / best man, or even your spouse!
