The administration & our kuratel

At the administrations office you can pop in for help with almost everything! This is where you find our Curator and Procurator. They can help you with just about anything from getting this semester´s tuition bill to booking a sittning. During office hours you can stop by and have a seat in our brand new chairs in our newly renovated office, have a cup of coffee, read a newspaper or just sit down and talk with the rest of the people for a while.

Here you are also likely to run in to the rest of the kuratel, the Procurator social and the Clerk who are always there for their fellow members of the nation!

Office hours and telephone hours are: 10-13 Monday to Friday, and 17-18 on Thursdays. The address is Tornavägen 3!

This years kuratel are:

Anders Örtengren(Q)
According to SAOL: the foremost worker at the nation. This means that you take care of everything from cleaning up after a staff party to organizing meetings and giving speeches at parties! The Curator works for the nation full time and does not study during his or her year in office.

Prokurator Elin Jakobsson(PQ)
Alongside the Curator, the Procurator is the head of the nation. PQ handles the nation´s economy, which includes everything from counting money to book-keeping. PQ also works full time at the nation.

Källarmästare Martin Molin (KM)
The Källarmästare is the one in charge of the Nations food- and party activities. Källarmästaren also work full time at the nation.

Prokurator Social Martin Åkerberg Morin (PQS)
PQS primary role is to ensure the well-being of the foremen. This includes arranging foremen dinners, kick-offs and friendly parties. This is of course in cooperation with the other in kuratelet.

Notarie Johan Nilsson
The Clerk's job consists of, among other things, keeping the minutes of meetings, keeping different registers in order and writing invitations and birthday cards. The Clerk also takes part in organizing events together with the rest of the kuratel.

Public Relations Manager Shawn Thane
The Public Relations Manager deals with marketing and promoting the nation and our activities both internally and externally.

Shawn is a swedified North American who, unlike most people, has a whole 40 hours in each day. Shawn studies the unlikely combination of physics and Arabic. One of his talents is Irish folk music, and he plays in a band called Garlic Breath (or something like that).
