Snörsjöa prom 2011

Haven´t we all dreamt of going to a real ball? As member of Helsingkrona you get the chance to take part in the Snörsjöa prom at AF here in Lund. The Snörsjöa prom is the first prom of the fall. On the evening of the prom, AF is filled with beautiful people, great food and dancing all night long!

Snörsjöa prom - 25th anniversary

The prom is really a three day event. On Friday we warm upp at SnörArena, a "sittning" with different guests from Lund and elsewhere. Following Saturday´s crazy prom, brunch is served at the nation on Sunday. After very little sleep, prom guests with sore feet come to discuss and analyze the prom while ingesting lots of coffee.

If this year´s Snörsjöa prom is your first, you can attend the prom as a marshal. This means that you help out with all the preparations before the prom. Your reward is a reduced price to attend the prom. This is a great way for new students to get into the student life and take part in the nation´s traditions.
